Cooperative Extension, Mitchell County Center, to provide an up-to-date and accessible guide to locally produced vegetables, fruit, meat, eggs, herbs, mushrooms, and more. Suppliers are added on an ongoing basis, and our goal is to update all information monthly. Availability: Currently selling salad mix, kale, spring onions, radishes, and salad turnips. Coming soon: microgreens, spinach, swiss chard, Orach, Tat soi, mustard, edible podded peas, romaine lettuce. As the season develops: squash, zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, ground cherries, green beans, winter squash, and carrots.
